I've walked at night from that movie theater many many times and never been frightened once. I used to love that place (the theater) and i think the place will be great again. As a woman, if I was there late at night by myself I'd probably watch where I park. That way you aren't walking through a vacant parking lot to an out of the way spot in the middle of the night.
