Amy Tan, author of The Joy Luck Club and The Kitchen God’s Wife, will give a lecture on September 23 as part of the National Geographic Live! Traveler series. Topics to be covered include her bicultural life, the importance of fate and family in her work, and inspiring places she has visited.
