Do you remember Mayim Bialik, from the television show Blossom? Don’t be embarrassed, this is a safe place. If you do, you’ll be pleased to know that’s she on the lecture circuit and will be at the Sixth and I Synagogue on December 7th.

In her lecture, titled “Blossoming in Hollywood, Mayim Bialik: Jewish Actress Unplugged,” Bialyik will discuss how she balances her Jewish lifestyle (including, for her, modesty in her clothing) with a life in Hollywood.  As an interesting aside, as well as being an actress, Bialyik has a PhD in neuroscience for her work on Prader-Willi syndrome.
