The Hillwood Estate is hosting their 9th annual Russian Winter Festival this weekend. They’re celebrating Sviatki, or the Christmas season, in “Old Russian” style.

The full schedule of events is detailed here (PDF file). Expect traditional Russian holiday music and dancing, arts and crafts, and more.

Admission is $18 for adults, $7 for college students, and $5 for children. The nearest Metro stop is Van Ness/UDC.
