November 27: Anti-Mall Bar Crawl

If you’re looking for something to do on Black Friday besides entering shopping hell, then you might want to check out the Anti-Mall Bar Crawl in Bethesda. From 2 to 10 pm on Friday, certain bars and restaurants in Bethesda will be offering happy hour specials  in conjunction with a food drive.

First, head to Union Jack’s to buy your ticket for the event.  Tickets are only $7 if bring two cans of food to donate to the Manna Food Center, or $10 if you don’t. Tickets can also be purchased online through this website. There are more details about the event there as well.

Participating establishments include: Union Jack’s, Hard Times Cafe, Steamers, Saphire Cafe, Tommy Joe’s, Wing Hub, Blackfinn, Ri Ra, and Austin Grill. You’ll be offered $2 Coors Lights, $3 Blue Moons, $4 drinks with Absolut, Malibu or Jameson–along with discounts on food.
